This site is a tribute to Jane. She is much loved and will always be remembered.

Jane died peacefully at home surrounded by those she loved, flowers and cards from many friends and family on Tuesday 18 January.

Donations in memory of Jane will be gratefully accepted for Kate's Home Nursing.
